How Does Coaching Work?
Coaching takes place in one-hour sessions, usually once a week. It is completely confidential.
It is an exciting process and you will feel the changes almost immediately after you start your coaching. You will begin to feel energised and more positive. Coaching generates a high level of self-awareness as we peel back inner barriers, remove self-doubts and shift away obstacles in your thinking which block you from achieving your goals.
A word of warning. Coaching requires commitment on your part. Are you ready to shift out of your comfort zone? Are you ready for the challenge to transform your life? We all like our comfort zones and find ourselves sometimes taking the path of least resistance. Your coach will probe your thinking, challenge your beliefs, tell you the truth and raise your awareness of what holds you back. Along the way, you’ll learn a lot about yourself.
Good coaching is about helping you to make rapid progress. It’s about helping you to move forward independently. By spending time developing solutions and new approaches, coaching will increase your confidence and self-belief.
How Long Does it Take?
To be truly effective, coaching will involve a series of sessions. How many do you need? Well, only you can decide. However, between 6 and 12 is recommended. This enables you to build momentum and get real progress.
Coaching sessions usually take place weekly to start with. Some clients prefer fortnightly and timing can be flexible. Experience shows that it takes between 4 and 6 sessions for the real breakthroughs to show through. In between coaching sessions, I offer full support by telephone and email. The aim is for you to develop your goals, work out what’s working and what isn’t and then implement your own solutions. Throughout, you will have my full support, encouragement and enthusiasm.
What Does it Cost?
I believe in offering high quality coaching which is affordable and easy to access. Coaching sessions are available daytimes and evenings. I offer coaching by telephone. You telephone me at the pre-arranged time from your own environment where you can be comfortable and relaxed. You don’t have to rush to get to an office and you can use my coaching services from anywhere in the UK.
Fees are outlined as follows and include the cost of the coaching session, support materials, telephone support and unlimited email support in between coaching sessions as required.
Fees are charged for a one-hour session of £50 per hour and are paid in advance of the session.
